1. General
SAINA TECH STORE reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders will be processed only after full payment is received.
Orders placed without successful payment confirmation will not be processed.
SAINA TECH STORE reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Delivery Policy
Same-day or next-day delivery applies only to products available in stock.
Products not available in stock will be delivered within 5–7 working days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as logistics delays, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
Customers must ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate.
Bulk orders may require longer lead times
4. Order Cancellation
Order cancellation is allowed only before payment is made.
Once payment is completed and the order is processed, cancellation is not allowed under any circumstances.
5. Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued after the product has been delivered.
Customers are advised to review product details carefully before placing an order.
If the product is defective or dead on arrival, the customer must report it within 24–48 hours, with proof (photo/video), for replacement (not refund).
6. Warranty Policy
All products come with 1-year warranty, except consumable products, which are not covered.
The warranty covers manufacturer defects only.
The warranty does not cover:
Physical damage
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or carelessness
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.
7. After-Sales Service
SAINA TECH STORE provides 6 months after-sales service from the date of purchase.
This service is limited to technical support and troubleshooting and does not extend or replace the manufacturer’s warranty.
8. Product Information
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.
However, minor variations in appearance, packaging, or specifications may occur.
SAINA TECH STORE is not responsible for typographical or technical errors.
9. Limitation of Liability
SAINA TECH STORE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the purchased product.
10. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery.
Any issues must be reported immediately at the time of delivery.
Failure to do so may result in rejection of claims.
11. Force Majeure
SAINA TECH STORE shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation delays, or government restrictions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the country in which SAINA TECH STORE operates.
